My lease ends 3/1/16 and I would like to renew, assuming I can find the right roommate. You are welcome to move in sooner, but will be expected to go through the usual hoops with the landlord and getting added to the lease. It's a 12 month lease. Rent rate includes all utilities (ABP) and hi-speed internet. The house is 3 stories, and split in half, like a duplex. The neighbors are super friendly but I've probably seen them twice in the entire year I have lived here. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and the third floor has the third bathroom and a computer station. You will have a private room which also has french doors leading outside to the back lower patio. You will also have your own bathroom. It's tile and wood flooring throughout, except the stairs which are carpeted. The house is located by plenty of bus routes and right down the street from Mueller/Torchy's/Mod Pizza/etc. The house sits in a super quiet cul-de-sac. I am a 28 year young IT professional and I have my 9 year old full time that lives with me. Clearly this will be a deal killer for some, but if you like kids or don't mind living with one, then this would be perfect. It's a nice place with tons of space. There is a washer and dryer in the house. I'm very laid back, respectful, play video games, love coffee and enjoy the outdoors. Especially disc golf! I'm seeking someone who is also laid back, respectful, cleans up after themselves, and that's easy to get along with and most importantly, doesnt mind living with a child. Not really into parties or having a bunch of people over, no pets, and no smoking in the house. Age/sex/race is not important, as long as you are safe and respectful.
