This would be ideal for a student or another professional. This tidy 3/2 apartment is decked out (XBone, 70" 4K TV, crazy comfortable couch, kitchen is fully stocked) You will also have access to a garage unit which is directly under the apartment. There are no shared walls, neighbors or roommates. Your room will be empty (unless you want a bed/boxspring). It takes less than 10 mins to bike to campus, $6 Uber ride down town, there's bars/shopping/EPOCH coffee all within 10 mins walk. A little about us: young (male) professionals, AT&T Digital life manager, and a mechanical engineer. We keep things clean and expect the same of you. We play video games, smoke hookah, throw frisbee, workout, and watch football, 'Murica! Occasionally, fri or sat night, we'll have friends over before going down town and you can expect the stereo to be on, other than that it's quiet. Fun, easy going, 20 something males.
