Ideally you know and have worked in the area for a while and can speak confidently with individuals about the current market. However, you may not have a book of business but enjoy the process of working with clients and helping to meet their needs. You are someone who is dedicated to success and willing to take the tools we provide and run with them
Qualifications:
All qualified candidates must have 1 to 2+ more years of residential real estate experience.
All qualified agents must have a current Texas real estate license and a strong working knowledge of their primary sales area.
Prior sales or relationship building experience, or demonstration of the ability to sell and develop business relationships.
Proven track record of sales success in the residential real estate market.
A bachelor's degree is helpful but not a must.
Bilingual is helpful but not a must
