Job Description: Overview: This position plays a key role in support and will involve escrow management and transaction management. This will involve; - Working as part of the Culhane Properties team on contract to close activities from our teams transactions/clients - Maintaining consistent communication with the sellers and buyers - Assisting sellers in accomplishing repairs, improvements, and cleaning - Escrow management - Working on Culhane Property team sales to oversee the escrow process. Ensuring no detail is missed in the closing process Qualifications:Real Estate transactional experience preferredAbility to learn quicklyExcellent communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps programsBe a team player willing to do whatever task is needed for the daySome real estate experience greatly preferredMust be detailed oriented, and enjoy systems to make things more efficient Hours are 8-5pm Mon to Fri. Some flexible schedule options and working from home potential.
