Lead Guitar with Keys & Harmonies Needed in Austin, Texas For Sale

Joshua Aaron, front-man for Stealing Heather (and formerly the bass player for The Rosenbergs), recently moved to Austin, TX and is looking for a lead guitarist (with the ability to play some keys).
We are looking for someone with a great alt pop/rock image (see the pics), who can get huge sounds to match the recordings, and who truly wants to do this as a career. Someone between the ages of 26-38. No one under the age of 21 please. Strong backing vocals in the higher register are a must. If you're a dedicated musician and love Stealing Heather's music, we want to hear from you!
You will be expected to learn all currently released songs note for note, and you must be able to solidly play to a click at all times. For any new or unreleased material, the band will collaborate.
The current album is on national radio with fantastic reviews, and the third is currently being recorded.
We are not looking for a hired gun. This is a band member opportunity for a pro level act (read: you must have pro level gear).
Guitar Gear:
Gibson Les Paul (standard or classic) & Fender Telecaster
Marshall Stack (preferably Plexi, JCM800, or JCM900 head with either a Marshall 4x12 or Vox cab)
Overdrive (not distortion) and multiple delay pedals
If you're into Snow Patrol, Coldplay, Goo Goo Dolls, U2, Foo Fighters, Death Cab for Cutie, Nada Surf, Stereophonics, Radiohead, etc. then this might be a good fit.
