Daniel McCarty is a native Texan, with family on both sides going back several generations in Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his undergraduate and law degrees. He established the firm in xxxx, and since that time has maintained the principal office in the Katy, West Houston, Fort Bend County area. A long time Katy and West Houston Family Lawyer he has focused his practice on divorce and family law cases with complex issues; adoptions; and handles wills and probate matters.
Dan and Jarrie have three children, all of whom are practicing attorneys.
