I have natural approach to health & living .been vegetarian since age of 15,& healthy 75% raw vegan in warmer months. Doing more of the starch solution with dr mcdougall in colder months. Not a materialist by any means. Like adventure.

I start with a 5-10min informal kundalini yoga and partner up yoga flow (you can do it in your boxers or clothes) I find the yoga and stretching before the massage enhances the effects of the massage.,
I begin with hot stone massage Then proceed to a lighter Swedish massage & then progress to deeper shiatsu and deeper tissue, assisted yoga stretches,then go into a soothing lomi lomi relaxation massage towards the end. Ibr>
My approach is natural however I respect therapeutic boundaries ,

I have a natural timing approach , non timed
1hr 30 min is $100. 2 hrs $120. Unlimitted time no clock watching approx 3-4 hrs $140. This massage time is seperate from stretches and yoga in beginning.I begon timing once on the table. However its never rushed. No tips please. Money is not my focus helping people feel positive high vibration, and feel good is my goal.

I require at least an hour advance notice . I like to prepare well for clients sessions. I prefer hours of 6 pm to 10 pm to schedule becuz I'm busy alot during the day, but I will do a massage if I have the time.I rarely get back in 10 min im either doing a massage,hiking long distance , or busy,so please only leave no more then 2 messages per day.if you are in a hurry for imediate massage And I don't get back then look elsewhere . The more in advance the better for me.
