This sign measures 22 3/4" X 24", it is a two sided painted tin sign, the top edge is turned back to form a channel to house a hanging rod, no maker marks of any kind, probably a local made sign, it has been washed and cleaned and it has scuffs, scratches, fading and a cut in the metal about 2" long under the R & K and it looks more like a scratch as it it not opened up.
