This Fram Filter clock measures 15 1/4" X 15 1/4", it was made by the Pam Clock Co out of New York which operated from xxxx until xxxx and is still today a much sought after advertising clock, this is probably from the later part of that time frame, it is in excellent condition, keeps accurate time, runs quietly, when first plugged in it will start running backwards, it was made to do that and all you have to do is unplug it and plug it right back in and it runs forward, on a 1-10 scale this is 8.75+.
